THESE TERMS EXPLAIN WHAT YOU MAY AND MAY NOT DO WITH BILLZAP PRODUCTS, HOW DIGITAL DELIVERY WORKS, AND THE RULES THAT APPLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.
ACCEPTING
THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use and Sale apply when you visit the BILLZAP website, purchase a product, download a file, or otherwise use a BILLZAP product or service.
By placing an order or accessing a digital product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
Replace this paragraph with the legal name, business address and registration details of the person or business operating BILLZAP before the store goes public.
DIGITAL
PRODUCTS
BILLZAP sells downloadable digital resources, including presets, colorings, project files, installation notes and editing packs.
No physical product will be shipped. Product contents, software requirements and included files are described on each product page.
Product previews are intended to represent the general appearance or function of a product. Results may vary depending on footage, settings, software versions, plugins and editing choices.
PERSONAL-USE
LICENSE
A completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased files in their own personal editing projects.
The purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, authorship or intellectual-property rights in the files.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, the license is for one buyer and may not be shared between multiple people, accounts, teams or organisations.
NO LEAKING.
NO PLAGIARISM.
You may not:
- share, leak, trade, gift or redistribute any purchased file;
- upload the files to public drives, group chats, servers, marketplaces or resource accounts;
- resell, sublicense or include the original files in another pack;
- claim the files, designs, presets, settings, product artwork or written materials as your own;
- copy or reproduce BILLZAP product branding, packaging or promotional designs for a competing product;
- attempt to remove, bypass or interfere with download restrictions or access controls.
PURCHASING ACCESS DOES NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO REPACKAGE, LEAK OR CLAIM BILLZAP RESOURCES AS YOUR OWN.
Access may be suspended where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, resale, plagiarism, fraud or abuse. BILLZAP may also take reasonable steps to protect its intellectual property.
DIGITAL SALES
ARE FINAL
Because digital files can be delivered and copied immediately, purchases are generally final and BILLZAP does not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind after access or delivery.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. A refund, repair, replacement or other remedy may still be available where required by applicable law, such as where digital content is defective, materially different from its description, or was not supplied.
EU AND EEA DIGITAL CONTENT
Where applicable, a customer may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
If the legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, the customer may retain rights provided by applicable consumer law.
DOWNLOAD
DELIVERY
Products are delivered digitally after successful payment verification. The download may appear on the confirmation page or through another delivery method stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and safely storing downloaded files.
Download access may expire or be limited for security reasons. If a valid order cannot access its files, contact support with the order details.
SOFTWARE &
PLUGINS
Customers are responsible for checking the listed software version, operating-system and plugin requirements before purchasing.
Third-party applications and plugins, including Adobe After Effects, Sapphire or BCC, are not included unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
BILLZAP is not responsible for third-party software changes, discontinued plugins, incompatible hardware, unofficial software copies or installation problems caused by unsupported configurations.
PAYMENTS &
CHECKOUT
Payments are processed through Stripe. BILLZAP does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.
Prices are displayed at checkout. Taxes or other legally required charges may be calculated and added depending on the customer’s location and the payment arrangement used.
Customers must not submit dishonest chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving functioning digital products. This does not prevent a customer from exercising a genuine legal right or disputing an unauthorised transaction.
INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
BILLZAP branding, website content, product artwork, layouts, written descriptions and original digital resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
References to third-party software, artists, images or brands do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the footage, music and other material used in their own edits is lawful.
LIMITS &
RESPONSIBILITY
Products are supplied with the features described on their product pages. BILLZAP does not guarantee a particular level of engagement, views, followers, income or editing performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BILLZAP is not responsible for indirect loss, lost projects, lost profits, corrupted third-party files or damage caused by unsupported software or improper use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES TO
THESE TERMS
BILLZAP may update these Terms when the store, products, payment methods or legal requirements change.
The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
